Wildflower Horse Treats

Toelke Associates did consultation and design work for a new product line of “horse treats” in the fall of 2002.

Our work on this project included:

• General and ongoing consultation to develop and produce the Wildflower logo, packaging, and promotional materials
• Visual and organizational concept for the product packaging, developed through several different approaches. First round of packaging included three varieties. Final package concept needs to be applicable and adaptable to future varieties and products
• Consultation on final selection of pictures for packages, and providing in-house scans and image editing where appropriate
• Consultation and editing work on package copy
• Delivery of files to package vendor, review of proofs before printing

We worked closely with Wildflower throughout the entire process, making sure that the project moved forward in a timely fashion: Wildflower needed to have packaging ready by late January, 2003. Any delay in providing the finished package files would have seriously compromised Wildflower’s ability to attend an early February trade show. The packaging was delivered on time and on budget.
